Hays joined our team in 2026, bringing an outgoing personality and strong work ethic that make him a natural fit as our Marketing Assistant. He earned his degree in Marketing and Business Analytics from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, equipping him with a solid foundation for marketing and business growth. A proud Florida native, Hays was born and raised in Venice and graduated from Venice High School. He is passionate about serving the community he calls home and enjoys building meaningful connections with local families and businesses. Hays is quickly expanding his knowledge of the insurance industry, and with his drive, enthusiasm, and commitment to excellence, he is well on his way to becoming a valuable resource for our clients. Outside the office and community events, Hays enjoys fishing, following sports, his two cats, Leo and Winny, and spending quality time with family and friends.
