Thank you to everyone who generously provided referrals to us this past quarter, as we presented a check for $1,730 to Loveland Center, a local 501(c)(3) non-profit. Loveland Center has been serving children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities since 1962. According to the website, “Loveland implements a “Dare to Dream” philosophy that celebrates a customized approach to best serve the specific needs of each person in order to help people reach their full potential.”
With four locations spread between the tri-county area, Loveland Center offers a plethora of services. It’s these services provided by devoted staff, that help Loveland clients live their lives to the fullest, regardless of their abilities.
To find out more about the programs and services offered, or volunteer opportunities, we encourage you to visit the Loveland Center’s website. You can add upcoming events to your calendar, such as Family Night at the Ballpark on August 16th or, going to see Chicago, a show presented by The Dingbat Theatre Project, a professional theater troupe. Loveland also puts on several annual events, including a 5k/1k walk or run.
