Joyner Family Insurance, a trusted local independent insurance agency, proudly presented a donation of $2,430 to the Venice High School Indian’s Lacrosse Team through its ongoing “Help Our Community” Referral Program.
The VHS Indian’s Lacrosse Team, open to both boys and girls, is a highly competitive program that fosters teamwork, discipline, and leadership among its players. This past season, with football field renovations limiting access to home facilities, the team faced significant additional travel expenses. This donation will help offset these costs and replenish funds originally designated for uniforms, equipment, and other team needs.
“Our team is excited to support the VHS Lacrosse program and the positive impact it has on our student-athletes and the Venice community,” said David Joyner, President. “This contribution is made possible thanks to the many referrals we receive, and we are deeply grateful to our clients and community for helping us give back.”
Joyner Family Insurance’s “Help Our Community” Referral Program is designed to make a difference locally—making a donation quarterly to a designated charity in recognition of referrals received. For every referral made, Joyner Family Insurance donates $10 to the Charity of the Quarter—whether or not the referral becomes a client. Since the program’s inception in 2017, Joyner Family Insurance has donated over $55,000 to charitable organizations in our local community. Community members are encouraged to participate as it’s an easy way to support local causes while helping friends and neighbors explore their insurance options.
