We were proud to present our recent “Help Our Community” Referral Program check to a unique, wonderful non-profit organization that touches so many lives, Southeastern Guide Dogs (SEGD)! With headquarters in Palmetto, SEGD “transforms lives by creating and nurturing extraordinary partnerships between people and dogs.” Their outreach is nationwide and dogs are trained for the visually impaired and for veterans … and all of this is done through the efforts of volunteers and local fundraising efforts! We were especially excited to have a few SEGD puppies (and their fabulous “puppy raisers”) in our office for the check presentation!
